By creating an account or using Spottr, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Spottr is intended for people 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use Spottr only with a parent or guardian's permission. You are responsible for your account security, the accuracy of information you provide, and activity under your login. Do not access another user's account or interfere with the service.
You keep ownership of workouts, images, captions, comments, messages, profile text, and other content you submit. You represent that you own the content or have every permission needed to submit it and to allow Spottr to use it. You grant Spottr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, resize, display, distribute within the service, and moderate that content so the product works. This license ends when the content is deleted, except where limited retention is needed for safety, fraud, legal, or dispute purposes.
Built-in exercise images and GIFs in the Spottr catalog were generated for Spottr using AI tools and are product assets supplied by Spottr. They are separate from user-submitted media. Do not copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute Spottr catalog assets outside the service.
You may not use Spottr for harassment, hate speech, threats, impersonation, scams, spam, explicit sexual content, graphic violence, illegal activity, dangerous misinformation, copyright infringement, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the product or other users. Do not upload content that violates another person's privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights.
Use the in-app report and block controls or contact support@getspottr.app to report content, accounts, messages, copyright concerns, or safety issues. Spottr may review reports, use automated or human checks where available, remove or restrict content, limit sharing, block accounts, suspend features, or terminate accounts. We aim to review safety reports promptly, but response time can vary with severity and volume.
If you believe content on Spottr infringes your copyright, email support@getspottr.app with the work being claimed, the Spottr URL or a clear description of where it appears, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement that your notice is accurate and authorized. We may remove or restrict reported content and may limit repeat infringement.
Private-account content is intended for the account owner and approved followers. Pending followers do not receive access to private posts, media, workouts, or follower and following lists. Blocking can remove visibility and prevent follows and messages between accounts. Message requests may be held separately from the inbox until accepted or deleted.
Spottr Pro is optional. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and the subscription service used by Spottr. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage subscriptions and restore eligible purchases through the purchase flow. Spottr does not currently offer a free trial on the launch plan. Refunds are handled under the applicable store's policies.
Spottr is a workout tracking tool, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, coaching, or emergency guidance. The app does not request Apple Health or HealthKit data in the current launch version. Training decisions, exercise selection, and physical risk remain your responsibility. Stop if you feel unwell and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
Spottr may change, suspend, or remove features, content, or accounts when reasonably necessary for product, safety, legal, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or that every feature will remain permanently available.
You can stop using Spottr and delete your account from inside the app. Deletion removes core account data and associated content through the account-cleanup process, subject to limited retention for fraud, safety, payment, legal, or dispute purposes. Spottr may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create legal, safety, or abuse concerns.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spottr is provided as-is without a guarantee that the service will be error-free or always available. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spottr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
