By creating an account or using Spottr, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, the accuracy of the information you provide, and all activity that happens under your login. You may not access another user's account or interfere with the service.
Some features are available only through paid plans. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and restoration are governed by the applicable app store and any in-app purchase provider used by Spottr.
You keep ownership of the workouts, images, comments, messages, and other content you submit, but you grant Spottr the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display, moderate, and distribute that content inside the service.
You may not use Spottr for harassment, hate speech, threats, impersonation, scams, spam, explicit sexual content, graphic violence, illegal activity, dangerous misinformation, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the product or other users.
Spottr may review reports, remove content, restrict sharing, suspend features, or terminate accounts when conduct violates these terms, creates safety risk, or harms the service or other users.
Spottr is not medical advice, coaching, or emergency guidance. Training decisions, exercise selection, and physical risk remain your responsibility. Consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
Spottr may change, suspend, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or that every feature will remain permanently available.
You can stop using Spottr at any time and can delete your account from inside the app. Spottr may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create legal, safety, or abuse concerns.
